A cute little treat made from a chocolate cake dough with a mini dome shape that I decorated afterwards with white chocolate and a walnut kernel. A pure delight!

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder and leave aside.

In another bowl, whisk the egg, sugar and vegetable oil until you get a creamy mixture.

Add the cream then the milk, mix well and then gradually incorporate the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa and yeast) until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the dough into the cells of the mini dome mold. Put in the oven and cook for 12 min.

Unmold the mini chocolate domes and let them cool.

Melt the white chocolate then brush the mini domes with it.

Place a walnut kernel on the white chocolate and set aside before tasting the sweets.
