Today, I treat you with another of my cake recipes! Each time I try to innovate in my own way by mixing the scents!

Here we have a very light cake, a little chocolatey and very fruity with the apple pieces which are tender and give a very good texture to the cake.

  • For 4 people
  • Preparation: 20 min
  • Cooking: 40 to 45 min

– 3 eggs

– 160 g of sugar

– 15 cl of sunflower oil

– 12 cl of liquid cream

– 260 g of flour

– 20 g of bitter cocoa

– 1 teaspoon of baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Garnish :

– 4 apples

– 20 g of butter

– 3 tablespoons of sugar

Peel the apples and dice them. Blend the butter and add the diced apples, sprinkle with sugar and mix. Let roast for 10 minutes until slightly caramelized.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.

Add the oil then hop a little boost, then add the liquid cream and the vanilla, mix well then gradually incorporate the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa and yeast). Combine it all.

Butter and flour a rectangle cake pan.

Spill the dough into the mold and place the diced caramelized apples on it.

Cook for 40 to 45 minutes.

Let cool then unmold the cake.
