– 1 puff pastry
– 300 g ground beef
– 3 eggs
– 50 g diced green olives
– 100 g of grated cheese
– 2 diced shallots
– 1 small bunch of chopped parsley
– 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
– 1/4 teaspoon powdered nutmeg
– Salt and pepper
– 1 small onion cut into rings for decoration
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Roll out the puff pastry in a pie pan and prick it with a fork.
Put the ground beef, eggs, diced olives, grated cheese, shallots, parsley, tomato puree, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Mix everything with a fork to combine everything.
Pour the preparation into the pie dish, smooth the surface well to distribute the mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
Decorate with the onion rings and put in the hot oven.
Bake the quiche for 30 to 35 minutes depending on your oven.
