This recipe really attracted me as soon as I found it on Pinterest, not because it is “Healthy” but above all because the brownie is made from avocado puree.
Brownies are light, not too sweet and very soft. My mother who is diabetic and who eats very few cakes loved the texture, the taste and especially the components of the recipe.
The only positive is that my mold was a little too big and suddenly I had brownies not too high!
- For 4 people
- Preparation: 10 min
- Cooking: 25 min
– 1 large avocado
– 75 g of applesauce
– 160 g maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
– 3 eggs
– 50 g of coconut flour (normal flour for me)
– 50 g of cocoa
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Recover the avocado pulp then put it in a blender, add the applesauce, liquid vanilla and maple syrup. Mix everything.
Pour the melande in a salad bowl, add the eggs. Stir well with a whisk and then attach the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Mix everything well until your mixture is homogeneous and shiny.
Oil a 10 × 10 cm square pan with coconut oil or another oil, then pour the brownie dough into it, distribute it well in the pan and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Allow the brownies cool for 20 minutes before cutting it into 16 identical squares.
You can keep it in a hermetic box for 2 days and if not longer in the refrigerator.
